Moira Hair offers a 14 day return policy, we offer a flexible return policy with a 10% restocking fee on full price merchandise.
(Excluding sale and clearance items and custom orders are non refundable). We inspect all hair before shipping, double checking before sending out your order to ensure quality control and consistency. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, or purchase, we will offer you the flexibility to either exchange or receive a refund, excluding applicable shipping costs.
Federal Law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used, for health regulations and hygiene concerns, for the public.
Hair cannot be guaranteed if it has been improperly installed, color matched, texture matched, cut, colored or chemically altered in any way.
If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any manner all refunds and exchange policies are voided.
It is Important to inspect your hair thoroughly and examine the hair to make sure it meets your expectations, comb the hair with a wide tooth comb or hair weave brush. Use a high quality moisturizing shampoo and conditioner aiding the hair in a downward motion, squeeze excess water out and lay flat on a clean towel to dry. Treating the hair prior to installation is recommended beforehand. Make sure hair is still securely held in place by its original ties. (If cut removed or tampered hair cannot be returned).
Returns or Exchanges you must fill out a Return Merchandise Form (RMF) and request must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise or email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org

We may make suggestions based on description
Each situation is accessed on a case by case situation to determine if the hair warrants replacement. If unable to assist verbally, the entire hair that you purchased must be removed and mailed back to our corporate office in the UK. All cost of the hair removal and return of the hair product to Moira Hair will be covered by the expense of the customer.
Moira Hair will inspect the hair to verify problem, and determine if replacement is evident, if no problem is found with the hair it will be mailed back to customer.
